2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure proper packaging and labeling of medical materials.

• Clients must provide accurate pickup and delivery information.

• Any hazardous or improperly packaged materials may be refused.

3. Liability and Limitations

• Elite BioTransport is not liable for delays due to weather, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging from the sender.

• All shipments are handled with due care, but liability for loss or damage is limited to service fees unless additional coverage is purchased.

4. Compliance and Confidentiality

• All drivers sign a HIPAA confidentiality agreement.

• We maintain strict chain-of-custody procedures for all medical shipments.

5. Payment and Fees

• Service fees are outlined in individual agreements with clients.

• Additional charges may apply for emergency services or special handling requirements.

• Payments must be made as per agreed-upon terms.

6. Amendments and Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
